A lot of couples tell me that their biggest fear is that their photos will look either too posed and fake, or that they wont get any guidance from their photographer at all. "What do I do with my hands?!"
When you hire me as your wedding photographer, you wont have someone who overly poses you or takes over your wedding day like it's a photoshoot. I give fun and natural directions to intentionally get joyful and authentic reactions and emotions captured.
From Mom helping you in your dress, to portraits, to cake cutting, you will be able to relax and enjoy your wedding day and know that none of your memories are being missed!
Obsessed with my dogs, taking photos of my dogs, and posting said photos of my dogs on facebook. (I am proudly one of those people.)
I laugh at everything, and love to tease my grandma any chance I get! I love a good shopping trip with my girlfriends while screaming Lizzo lyrics, but equally love chilling on the couch with my hubby and pups, watching Disney +.
Being an Iowa wedding photographer has been on of the best joys of my life! Getting to learn about couples stories and meet so many amazing people is the best part of my job!

Kirstie was beyond amazing. Nick and I will forever be grateful to her and the photos that she captured of our wedding. I can't begin to explain how amazing our photos are and how happy we are.
